The college that you choose for your doctorate needs to be accredited and approved by the American Psychological Association (APA), or a program that meets the minimum standards set forth by the Montana Board of Psychologists. You will also have to have two years of supervised clinical experience, and you have to do one of those years post-doctorate. This may not include more than six months of teaching or supervised research.
